“Retaining a health coach is far easier said than done. I, for one, had to acknowledge that while I could Google anything to learn about diet and exercise routines yet the sheer volume of information left me with more anxiety than certainty. My primary care physician, who I think the world of, finds a pill for everything. Seeking support from a health coach seemed to make me feel as though I was declaring defeat, when in fact, doing so was the start of victory.
